Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 by 13 pan
In a bowl combine soups, broth, rice and most of the onion soup mix. Season both sides of chops with Pepper seasoning blend. Place chops on top of Rice. Cover pan tightly with foil. Back 1 and 1/2 hour or up to 2 hours.
If using brown rice increase the broth by a cup and the baking time will need to be the 2 hours.
