Put hamburger (can be frozen or thawed) in crackpot . May season if desired. Add fresh chopped peppers, onions and garlic if using. Cook on high until meat is done. Check and stir occasionally. No need to drain.
Add jarred pasta sauce and simmer on low until well warmed.
At same time, cook pasta (if desired) and drain.
May serve over pasta, or we like to eat as a thick stew called No Spaghetti. For times when you want the taste, but don't feel like making the pasta. Hence, why the high meat to sauce ratio.
Top with geared Parmesan. Great with breadsticks, garlic bread, and as a topping for Texas Toast. Would make a good bread bowl filling.
