1. Cook macaroni and eggs for 10 minutes; drain.
2. Prepare veggies. Chop eggs.
3. Mix mayo, sugar, mustard.
4. Add veggies, eggs and Velveeta to macaroni.
5. Mix in dressing. Chill for at least 1 hour.
