Cream sugar and eggs together. Add eggs one at time, then add vanilla flavoring. Stir baking soda into the flour and add it a little at a time until you have a real stiff dough. Roll out paper thin, cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters. Bake until light brown around edges.
Vanilla flavoring can be changed to any flavoring desired.
