Belly fat buster soup
In a dutch oven heat olive oil over med heat. Add onion and stir until brown. About 5 min. Add chicken and jalapeno, stirring for 5 min. Add garlic stirring for 1 min. Stir in vegetables, then add broth and citris juice. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until veg are tender. About 15 min. Add herbs and pepper. Serve with avacado slices.
