-mix all ingredients, except ground beef, in bowl with a sturdy whisk
- combine mixture with beef in mixer with paddle and mix until well incorporated, less than 1 minute
-portion 2 1/2-3 oz balls
bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
simmer for 30 min in sauce before serving.
