Pour oil to a depth of 2 in in a 5 qt Dutch oven. Heat over medium high heat until a deep-fry themometer reads 375 deg. Combine paprika, cayenne, basil, parsley, garlic, and onion powders in a bowl and set aside. Use eggs to coat combination of flour, matzo, and baking powder. Fry chicken until cooked thoroughly, 10-12 minutes. Dip with honey.
