bruschetta
1. cut bread into thick slices
2. cut tomatoes in half and gently squeeze out seeds.
3. place tomatoes cut-side up in a shallow ovenproof dish
4. make dressing by placing marjoram, oil, vinegar in sugar in small bowl and mix together
5. pour dressing over tomatoes
6. cook tomatoes over hot grill (or can do in broiler) for 30 min turning half-way though
7. place cooked tomatoes onto bread, top with artichokes and parsley
8. serve immediately
you can use garlic bread instead of white bread if desired. you can also toast the bread on grill if desired.
