Crackers made from ground nuts for low carb diets. Suitable for GAPS diet.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grind nuts in food processor til the largest pieces are pea sized or smaller.
Add remaining ingredients and pulse to mix thoroughly.
Divide dough in half and form into flattened balls as for pie crust.
Place one half on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover with a sheet of waxed paper or more parchment paper.
Roll out to 1/4-1/3 inch thickness. Carefully remove waxed paper from top.
Cut crackers into desired shape with pizza cutter or sharp knife.
Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350? for 10-12 minutes or until golden but not brown.
