- fry onion and garlic until soft
- cashew nuts in a blender and mix with breadcrumbs
- beat the egg and add it to the dry ingredients
- add mashed parsnips and herbs
- add the onion and juices from the pan
- dissolve yeast in the stock and add it
- melt butter in a frying pan and saute mushrooms
- add it to the mixture
- cover with foil and bake for an hour
