Dough: blend flour and butter.
Combine: yolks, yeast, sugar, sour cream and salt.
Mix together above mixture lightly like pie crust. Make small balls. Place in refrigerator overnight covering with wax paper and cloth. In morning roll in flour and sugar. Cut. Put in filling roll together brush with egg whites. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 375 until brown.
2 lbs. English walnuts (3 cups finely chopped)
1 cup gran sugar or small jar honey
4 T. butter
1 cup boiling milk (pour over nuts, let stand)
1 teas. vanilla
