Spread peanut butter on one piece of bread and then Nutella on another piece of bread.
Cut banana in long pieces and place on top of the Nutella covered bread.
Create a 3 tiered sandwich with the plain piece of bread on top.
Make batter by placing egg in mixing bowl, add water and beat together.
Add salt, sugar, flour, and baking powder.
Beat batter until smooth.
Dip sandwich in batter and VERY carefully cover all the sides and surface. (This is pretty messy!)
Carefully place in hot oil and fry until golden.
Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar or a drizzle of honey.
