Slowly warm the milk to around 80 degrees. Add the yeast, 1 tbsp of sugar and flour. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Put the flour, sugar and salt into a bowl, add the egg yolks and butter. Pour in the yeast mixture into the flour and mix until the dough sticks to the hook. Put into a bowl and cover with a towel. Let rise for 40 minutes.
Cut the dough into 4 pieces. Roll out the first into a circle and place a dinner plate over it and cut into a circle. Spread Nutella over the disc of dough. Continue that with the next three. Do not put Nutella on the last one. Make a circle in the centre with a glass. Cut the disc into 4 and then each quarter into 4 again making 16 cuts. Lift one strip with each hand and gently twist. Do this until you have 8 double twists. Fold the ends under to get a round shape.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
