The night before: Scope Nutella into silicon ice mold, freeze overnight
1. Sift the dry ingredients together, set aside
(All purpose flour, cake flour, baking soda, corn starch)
2. Cut cold butter into cubes
3. In a large bowl, cream together cold butter and sugar with mixer on low until light and creamy
4. Blend in eggs one at a time, add vanilla extract, add salt
5. Add in the dry ingredients slowly, blend on low until just mixed
6. Stir in chocolate chip with spatula
7. Put this back in the fridge for >30 mins
8. Pre-hear oven to 210°C
9. Shape cookie dough around the frozen Nutella, make sure Nutella is completely covered
10. Bake at 210°C for 9-12 mins
