I do not measure the nuts, just take handfuls of whatever kind I choose to add. Preheat oven to 350
Chop the nuts in food processor. Chop the cherries by hand (they will gum up your food processor.
Mix all dry ingredients together, separately mix wet ingredients together. Combine all ingredients.
Place in a 9x13 pan (I line mine with parchment paper)
And bake for 25-30 mins or until lightly browned on top. Store in an air tight container. In the summer time you may want to chill the bars before cutting and store in your refrigerator
