The nuts & bolts recipe I ate growing up, and still my favourite.
Mix spices with melted butter. Pour over cereals, pretzels, and peanuts in a large bowl and mix well. Spread in a large roasting pan and bake at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and store in air tight containers.
