Microwave on high heat until pie tests done with a toothpick. While pie is baking, in a small bowl, combine whipped cream and 2 ounces Frangelico. Stir until well mixed. Set aside. Remove pie from microwave. To serve, cut into wedges, top with Frangelico and whipped cream mixture. Approximately 8 minutes.
