Great as a topping for yogurt, cereal or dessert. From Marg's friend Anne, August 2013. Use any mixture of nuts or seeds to make up the 4 cups.
Preheat oven to 325F. Heat oil and honey together first then combine all ingredients. Bake on parchment- or Silpat-lined cookie sheet for about 8 minutes. Stir and continue baking until it starts to brown. Add raisins, dried cranberries or diced dried fruit of your choice (e.g. dates) and stir. Cook for another couple of minutes, taking care not to burn the nuts.
