Moms meatloaf recipe adapted with the grub that was available on a tugboat.
Recipe is for one loaf of meat in a bread pan, i use one 4x5x9
Preheat oven to 350deg
Dump all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix!
It is recommended you do not dump the meat in over soupy ingredients, it will splash everywhere!!!
Add ingredients to the bread pan, smooth out top and make sure there are no air pockets.
Bake at 350 for 1 hr and 15 min. cook longer if you like a brown/crispy top.
Pour excess grease out over the trash, i use a spatula to hold the meat in the pan.
Allow to cool & set 5 minutes then cut up and serve from the pan with a spatula.
great with ketchup!
I double this recipe (2 pans) same cook time, for a crew of 7 and have leftovers for the next day.
