Suggest a better descriptionFrom an insert in a PG&E bill (and I live in Houston, even). Combine whole wheat flour, oat bran, all-purpose flour, baking soda and sugar in a large bowl; set aside. In a medium bowl, beat egg white, yogurt, honey and oil. Add yogurt mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in raisins. Lightly spray muffin pans with oil spray. Pour mixture into pans, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center of a muffin comes out clean.
