Heat oven to 425F. Coat 12 medium muffin cups with vegetable oil. Combine all dry ingredients, mix well. Blend liquids together, stirring slowly. Add egg whites. Add to dry ingredients and stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill prepared muffin cups until almost full. Bake for approximately 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and serve.
