These cookies have a funny name. They are PERFECT for kids. The more you take your "aggression" out on the mix and stir and stir, the better the cookie. Hence the name!! We have been making these cookies for 30 years and our grown children are starting to make them with our grandchildren!! By the way, these are the MOST ASKED FOR COOKIE by all of our neighbors, friends, and co-workers EVERY HOLIDAY SEASON!!
Put all ingredients into large bowl. Knead, squeeze, mash and mix the cookie ingredients (good for kids with clean hands). The more kneading, squeezing, mashing and mixing, the better you feel and the better the cookies taste!
After all ingredients are completely mixed together, form the dough into small balls, about the size of a walnut, and put onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Butter the bottom of a small glass, dip it into granulated sugar, and mash the balls flat. You may need to re-butter the glass a few times during the process, but re-dip in sugar for each ball, otherwise the dough will stick to the glass.
Bake at 330 degrees, for 9-10 minutes,
