A high in fibre chocolate chip cookie recipe you can make at home. They are like All Bran Bars but they are chewier and don't fall apart as easily.
Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Add oatmeal, bran and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Drop from spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 12 minutes.
Let cookies cool for 5 min before lifting off pan.
