Suggest a better descriptionCombine in large bowl: oats, wheat flour, sugar, salt and margarine. Pour boiling water over oat mixture. Stir in to combine. Dissolve yeast in warm water. When batter is cooled to lukewarm, add yeast. Stir in white flour. When dough is stiff enough to handle, knead 5 - 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise until double. Punch down and let rise again. Shape into two loaves. Place in greased bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
