Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13. Combine first 6 ingredients until crumbs. Press half into pan. Bake 350 for 10 mins. Remove and sprinkle with chips and nuts. Blend caramel and flour, drizzle over top. Sprinkle remaining crumbs. Bake 18-22 mins or until golden borwn. Cool. Chill for easier cutting.
