Fan favorite!
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour & baking soda; set aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer w/ paddle attachment, cream butter & sugars on high speed until light & fluffy. Add egg & vanilla until well combined. Add the sifted flour, a little at a time. Add oatmeal , chocolate, cherries, and toffee bits until mixed in.
Place by teaspoons or baller on parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake about 11 minutes.
