Combine all the dry ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a mixing bowl, whisking to combine. Combine all the dry ingredients into a large measuring cup with a spout, whisk to combine. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to fully incorporate. Add in the chocolate chips. Pour mixture into each muffin tin, dividing evenly. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
