Add coconut, oats, flour, baking soda, mix to combine
Add chocolate chips & fold into dough
Create 2 " cookies (2 T amount). Squeeze mounds so they don't fall apart
Put on plate & cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or freezer for up to 5 months)
Preheat oven to 350. Grease baking sheet & bake for 9 minutes - Cool for 5 minutes
