2) Place parchment paper on cookie sheet
3) Combine Crisco, brown sugar, honey, egg, and vanilla
4) Beat at low speed until blended, and then medium speed until light and creamy
5) In another bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt
6) Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture while mixing at low speed
7) Increase speed to medium until well blended
8) Stir in oats and chocolate chips
9) Using tablespoons, drop onto cookie sheet
10) Bake 10-13 minutes
11) Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes
