Excellent cookies--not the crispy variety and they aren't "cakey" either...more on the dense and great side of things.
1. Grease/spray cookie sheets.
2. Mix dry and wet separately (not including cho chips or walnuts).
3. Combine dry into the wet.
4. Roll into 1" balls and flatten slightly with fingertips (this is fun with my three year old).
5. Bake each batch for around 12 minutes--they will not change a whole lot in terms of color...don't leave them in too long or they will get dried out.
6. Let cool and enjoy. Can freeze some if you would like (I never need to).
Don't overcook.
