Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together butter and sugars together until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Combine flour baking soda, cinnamon , and salt, and add to mixture, combine well. Stir in oats ans raisins, mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 min or until golden brown. Cool 1 min on cookie sheet, then remove to wire rack.
