preheat oven to 375. In small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In large mixing bowl beat butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 7-8 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets and cool.
