Combine flour, soda, salt, cinn in a small bowl.
Beat butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla and corn syrup in large bowl.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in oats and chips.
Drop by Tb onto uncreased cookie sheet.
*For chewy cookies bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes.
*For crisp cookies bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes.
*For bars spread dough into greased jelly roll pan and bake for 22 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool for 2 minutes.
