Grind the Ancho chile (in a coffee grinder) until it is a fine powder.
Combine all the ingredients, mix well. I mix mine in a small food processor.
Use liberally on anything that you damn well want to ! !
Suggests that you DO NOT us a blender to mix. It grinds to too fine a state (powder like) as you need the coarser texture.
