This easy oil and vinegar salad dressing takes just a few ingredients that most keep on hand, and is delicious on salads and as an oil for sandwiches.
Whisk together all ingredients, or combine in a jar and shake well. Drizzle over salad and toss gently to coat.
Note: dress salad just before serving. Salad will wilt if dressed too early. If desired, use a decorative bottle, and have guests shake and pour the amounts they want on an individual basis.
