Melt butter in small mixing bowl. Mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder and potatoe chips in medium mixing bowl. Dip chicken in melted butter, then into potatoe chip mixture covering chicken. Place chicken on greased cookie sheet. Pour remaining potatoe chip mixture over the chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
