Fry onions until brown, mix turmeric,ginger,garlic and chillie powder with the vinegar to a paste, add it to the onions and cook for a minute, add some water if it started to stick.
When the oil stared to come to the top and it smell cooked add the okras,green chillies and tomatoes and cook for a few minutes, add salt and pepper to taste, turn up the heat and bring to a boil.
You can now put it in the oven at 180'C for 45- 1 hour or you can cook it on the top of cooker for the same time.
