1. Fry okra @ medium-high until no longer sticky. Remove.
2. Fry onions in same oil.
3. Rub salt on chili halves, add to onions along with spices.
4. Once cooked down, add tomatoes, okra & garam masala. Stir, cover & cook on low until done.
