Cook fettuccine noodles. Saute onion and garlic in butter until transparent. Add shrimp, seasonings, and cook 5 minutes. Take shrimp out and add green onions, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese until thick. This might be 10-20 minutes. Add bacon. Pour shrimp and sauce over noodles.
