Cream butter and sugar together, add baking powder, eggs ,milk and the flour. Blend it well. Spread into a 9 by 13 inch greased and floured baking dish. Refrigerate while mixing the topping.
Cream butter and sugar. In a separate bow beat both cheeses together. Add egg yolks one at a time ( keep egg whites in the fridge ) after the eggs add the vanilla, milnot milk, flour, mix together. Add the cheese mixture to the creamed butter and sugar and mix well. Last step, Beat the egg whites until you have stiff peaks. Fold egg whites into your cheese mixture then pour over your dough. Bake 45 mins at 350 degrees. Turn off heat and leave in for oven for 30 more minutes. watch it so it doesn't get to brown. Chill and serve.
