Cook onions and celery in butter over medium heat until tender.
Chop French bread into cubes and toast in the oven on 325* for 15 minutes while celery and onions cook.
Chop thyme and sage and mix with some salt and pepper.
Place bread cubes in a large bowl and mix with the herbs and remaining ingredients.
Place in a greased baking dish and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
