Suggest a better descriptionCombine flour, baking powder and salt. Add 1/2 cup broth and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out on a floured surface and form into a ball. Roll dough to a 1/16" thickness, cut into 5x1 strips. Drop dumpling into boiling broth, cook, and cover 15 minutes until dumplings are tender.
