Mix dry ingredients for brownie/cake, then add eggs, butter and vanilla. Put in a forward 9 x 13 pan and put in oven at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
Once brownie/cake is done, mix ingredients for icing and pour over cake after it has cooled for 5 minutes. Let cake set with icing for 20 minutes to harden.
Icing hardens quick so don't make it too early!
