Suggest a better descriptionGrate potatoes finely. Strain off water until pulp remains. Add eggs, grated onions, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add enough flour to bind. Form into pancakes with large spoon and drop into hot oil. Fry until golden brown turning once. Let dry on paper towel and serve. Makes 10 - 20 pancakes.
