Mix first 3 ingredients.
Stir in the sour cream and vanilla.
Stir together the flour, soda, b. Powder, and salt and add to dough and mix.
Chill at least 1 hr. Drop onto lightly greased baking sheet 2 " apart.
Bake until delicately brown until when touched, almost no imprint remains.
Bake 425 for 8 - 10 min.
Frost with P. Sugar frosting.
