Suggest a better descriptionIn large pot cook sweet potatoes in skins in rapidly boiling, salted water until very soft. Drain. Cool slightly. Peel potatoes.
In large bowl combine potatoes and remaining ingredients except marshmallows. Beat at low speed until blended. Increase speed to medium. Beat until very smooth. Transfer mixture to 1.5-quart sized casserole or individual ramekins. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in preheated 325-degree oven 30 minutes or until hot. Decrease baking time if using ramekins. Remove foil. Cover top of casserole with marshmallows, if desired, pushing them down slightly. Return to oven. Bake 15 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown. Serve immediately.
