condensed milk
Milk
Eggs
corn starch
beat well to a smooth consistency.
Melt sugar in a pot till it just caramalises.
Add caramalised sugar syrup to bottom of a Pudding Steamer
Pour over mixture
Cook in 1 inch of water in oven at 150F or 65?C for 1 hour or untill pudding is hard to the touch.
