Brown meat and onion together and drain. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble it. Combine meat and bacon with all other ingredients. You may not want to drain the white beans or the pinto beans, just have to use judgement so the beans are not dry. I usually just drain them both only a little.
Pour mixture into sprayed 9x13 dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for approximately 1 hour. This dish can be made the day before you plan to eat it. Just store it covered in the fridge and pop in the oven when you're to serve it.
