Old recipe from an unknown source. Quick and easy meal. I make dumplings to go with it. Makes about 4 servings.

Brown beef in oil. Add onion, water, spices. Simmer 2hrs until tender. Add Veg-All. Cook another 30 min.
Don’t get fancy. Just throw it together and leave it alone. I’m not much of a cook and I can’t wreck it! Use the juice from the Veg-All instead of the water to add flavor. It’s not Driscoll oil. Somehow the app won’t take my correction to just plain oil.
