Bunch of pasta of choice (for gluten free pasta, try Pedros)
Cook pasta in plenty of salted water. In the meantime, sauté the crushed garlic in half the olive oil and then add the parsley and when wilted add the olives and salt to taste. Add to the cooked pasta with the rest of the olive oil. Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese.
